Andrew E. Pace founded The Pace Institute for Pleasure Enhancement in 1994. The studies, information, and data gathered have been used as the basis for the website Orgasm-Doctor.com and the online e-book tutorial titled The Orgasm-Doctor.
The mission statement is simply Greater Pleasure and Satisfaction. The purpose is to provide information and instruction for men to improve their knowledge, skills, and competence in sexually stimulating and pleasuring women, and to illustrate for women various ways that their partners can magnify their pleasure and to provide suggestions on how best to communicate their needs and desires to their partners in a diplomatic way.
